　　The Community Colleges of Spokane is seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual for the position of Tenure-Track Spanish Language Instructor in the English and Foreign Languages Department.  

　　DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

　　Prepares for and instructs, through traditional classroom and distance education modes, transfer-level classes in the discipline of foreign languages; Examples of the types of courses typically assigned include beginner and intermediate Spanish language courses delivered by a variety of instructional modalities to include in-person, hybrid, online, and FLEX. Assignments may be at off-campus centers and may also include evening and/or weekend classes; 

　　Provides availability and accessibility to students for the purpose of academic consulting and support, in a manner appropriate to meet student needs, through a combination of scheduled office hours, e-mail accessibility or other effective means of responsive and timely communication;
