　　Job Title: Temporary Outreach Coordinator (3 Positions Available)

　　Duration: 3-4 Weeks

　　Company: Large non-profit organization

　　Location: Chattanooga TN

　　Responsibilities:

　　Conduct outbound calls to service providers to gather compliance information.

　　Perform data entry tasks into Microsoft Excel.

　　Handle general administrative duties as assigned.

　　Track progress and maintain accurate records of outreach efforts.

　　Requirements:

　　Proficient in making outbound calls with a professional and courteous communication style.

　　Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

　　Strong general administrative skills.

　　Accurate and efficient data entry skills.

　　Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

　　Start Date: Monday, 1/26

　　Work Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

　　Requirements - Outbound Marketing experience preferred

　　Microsoft Excel experience desired

　　Computer research experience preferred

　　Deep understanding of customer service

　　Data entry experience highly desired

　　Proficiency with diverse computer applications and experience with contract database systemsExcellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired

　　Proven ability to use the internet for research

　　At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred
