　　What will I be doing?

　　A Spa Concierge, you would be responsible for greeting and assisting clients to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while ensuring the overall experience is pleasant and their needs are met.

　　Assist guests and clients in an appropriate and timely mannerManage customer feedback effectively to ensure issues or compliments are escalated to enable long-term improvements in products and servicesEnsure client experience is proficient including bookings, payments, and consultation cardsInteract and communicate effectively with clients, members, team members, guests, and management teamUp-sell with latest departmental incentivesExcellent attention to detailHigh standards of cleanlinessAbility to work in a consistently professional and helpful mannerThe ideal candidate will have experience working in a Spa environment and has the ability to work with Book4Time scheduling system. Someone who is into wellness and sales, has a friendly/warm personality and is comfortable speaking with guests.
