As one of the Estate Planning Assistants in a highly supportive team you will assist the lawyers in providing a seamless, high value and high-touch client experience.

　　About the role:

　　4-day workweek in a 12-month maximum term contract as an Estate Planning Assistant.

　　Provide proactive administrative and office support throughout various stages of the estate planning process.

　　Assist lawyers in delivering a seamless, high-value, and high-touch client experience.

　　Responsibilities include onboarding processes, drafting correspondence, communicating with clients and internal stakeholders, and witnessing wills where appropriate.

　　Accurately manage archival, retrieval, and recording of client files, both hard and soft copies.

　　Update precedents as required, ensuring data maintenance, accuracy, and sensitivity management.

　　What you'll need to succeed:

　　Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail

　　Demonstrated high-level organisational skills and work independently and proactively

　　Awareness of corporate collaboration and client sensitivities

　　Proficient in computer skills, particularly MS Office suite

　　Ability to work effectively both independently and as a member of a team

　　Proven ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external clients

　　Strong administration skills set

　　Experience with financial platforms highly regarded

　　Exposure to a Legal Office or Trustee industry, Finance industry, or related field highly regarded
