We also offer many EMPLOYER-PAID benefits, including: health insurance for team member and dependents, dental, vision, life and disability insurances, in addition to a 401k retirement plan with company match.Responsibilities: Daily animal care and feeding, Monitoring the barn environment and Following Standard Operating Procedures in a swine breeding and farrowing operation.Requirements: Have excellent animal husbandry skills, Available to work a short-shift every other weekend, and Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.This job will provide 40-50 hours of work a week. Normal working hours are 7:00am-3:00pm during the weekdays. Also, will need to work every other weekend 4-5 hours per day.
