　　*The Opportunity: *

　　SASR Workforce Solutions is currently seeking to expand our team by hiring travel merchandisers . We are in search of individuals who are reliable, punctual, and possess a collaborative spirit. As a crucial member of the SASR team, you'll be expected to represent us with professionalism, demonstrate respect towards clients and customers, and work alongside your fellow team members to complete projects on time and within budget.

　　*What You’ll Do: *

　　Moving and Building

　　Assemble and/or move new merchandise gondolas and T-Systems, and tear down existing ones according to shelf guide.

　　Install basic fixtures, manufacturing racks, and vendor-supplied items with no special tooling required.

　　Load and unload fixtures efficiently.

　　Basic Merchandising

　　Install and profile shelves, peg hooks, manufacturing, and vendor specialty racks according to guidelines (no special tooling needed).

　　Accurately complete visual merchandising sets according to sample guide.

　　Set shelf strips for merchandise as specified by guide.

　　Fill end cap features according to guidelines.

　　Unload and sort merchandise from truck to U-boat efficiently

　　Care and Safety

　　Keep existing fixtures clean and presentable.

　　Occasionally ascend and descend ladders for stocking, fixtures, etc.

　　Create and maintain a safe work environment.

　　Show up each day with understanding and patience: no list can be comprehensive and sometimes, duties can change as needed, with or without notice.

　　Ability to lift, up to 50 pounds, unassisted.

　　Work Experience

　　*Additional Requirements: *

　　Must have reliable transportation.

　　Must be able to stand 8+ hours on concrete floors and position self to move according to directions.

　　Ability to withstand cold and wet environmental conditions and weather.

　　Ability to understand directions given verbally and adapt to changing environments.

　　Retail merchandising/setting/stocking experience preferred.

　　Ability to read and set planograms.

　　Basic hand tools like drill, rubber mallet, screwdrivers, tape measure, etc. are preferred.
