　　About the position:

　　The Sourcing Processes & Tools Key User is responsible for leading key initiative projects to enhance GE Hydro’s sourcing expertise with new tools and processes in the EMEA region. This role also supports Sourcing operations by solving operational issues in distribution process, ensuring smooth run of Sourcing tools and continuous improvement of the processes and their simplification.

　　GE Hydro – a major player in the hydroelectricity generation market - is a sub-division of GE Renewable Energy. This includes the designing, manufacturing, and installation of equipment for both gravity fed and pumped-storage power plants, and as upgrades to existing hydroelectric plants.

　　Roles and Responsibilities

　　Lead the tool enhancements (including SAP) and adjustments as a key user

　　Provide operational support to the Sourcing function

　　Participate in SAP development projects (system integration and user acceptance testing, creation of manuals, trainings of Sourcing personnel)

　　Support GE Hydro's Sourcing function in the definition, formalization and deployment of global & regional processes, tools & organization

　　Lead Sourcing actions on specific business initiatives

　　Ensure optimization of interfaces with other functions

　　Support and drive initiatives on Digital environment impacting Sourcing at regional level

　　Support employees in using different Sourcing related tools (SAP, Tableau, Ariba)

　　Ensure data integrity in sourcing tools, build and distribute dashboard for these data

　　Required Qualifications

　　Bachelor's degree from an accredited university

　　SAP Material Management module experience is a must

　　SAP Key user experience

　　Experience in Sourcing or IT, strong background in both area

　　Excellent MS Office skills

　　Strong technical and commercial background,

　　Project management & negotiation skills
