We are seeking a dedicated Senior Games Business Development Manager who will be working closely with game developers to help them identify growth opportunities and enhance business success on the App Store.
Key Qualifications
10+ years of experience with deep knowledge of the games ecosystem and a solid understanding of game monetization models, game development, and game publishing
Exceptional interpersonal skills; proven track record of successfully influencing and negotiating with partners and working with many groups to achieve goals; thrives in highly collaborative projects, handles high stakes decisions with ease, and ability to navigate ambiguity
Excellent presentation skills, demonstrated ability to synthesize data and information and package those insights into persuasive, impactful reports and presentations
Solid project management skills, with ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and adhere to tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
Ability to operate seamlessly between highly detailed developer discussions as well as strategic business situations
A strong desire to learn and succeed
Description
You will cultivate strong business relationships with key game developers and maintain a deep understanding of their product pipelines and business strategies to ensure the best content is made available for Apple’s platforms. - You will apply analytical and problem solving skills to develop strategies and actionable solutions to help game developers improve performance, seize opportunities, and grow their business on the App Store. - You will draw on your expertise in the gaming industry to identify new gaming trends, business opportunities, and high potential partners. - You will work cross-functionally with internal partners: Apple’s Worldwide Developer Relations, Games Monetization, Analytics, and Operations teams.Education & Experience
BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $166,800.00 and $250,700.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
