Responsibilities
Produce quality bakery items required at the worksite as directed by the steward.Assist the day cook in completing the evening dinner meal line and prepare and serve the midnight meal and breakfast according to contact.Manage the night crew and ensures all duties are completed.Comply with nutritional contact standards when required. Adhere to established schedule for serving meals timely.Maintain accurate mean and bunk rosters.Responsible for timely wake-up duty for entire sleeping crew.Establish and maintain good customer relations through courteous daily contact with quality professional service.Must have 2 years experience.Must have valid TWIC card.Must pass durg test and physical.Must be able to work 27 on and 7 off shift.
