　　General Description

　　We are looking for a Solution Expert for the Information Technology Division. In this position you will be responsible for the maintenance, configuration, oversight, compliance and and managing the overall direction of the Banco Popular ECM (Enterprise Content Manager) platform.

　　Duties and Responsibilities

　　Develop and execute a strategy to maximize usage and adoption of the platform, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

　　Continuously monitor platform performance, implementing measures to maintain optimal efficiency.

　　Align the platform's roadmap with Banco Popular's strategic requirements, identifying and leveraging its capabilities for business advantage.

　　Lead and manage large-scale projects, ensuring critical components and stakeholder needs are met within established timelines and budgets.

　　Advise business executives, offering insights and solutions on how the platform can support their objectives.

　　Supervise the implementation and integration of solution components, upholding architectural standards and industry best practices.

　　Maintain and enhance relationships with platform vendors, collaborating on continuous improvements and support.

　　Mentor solution analysts in best practices, solution design, and effective platform utilization.

　　Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies, proactively seeking opportunities to innovate and enhance the platform's capabilities.

　　Education

　　Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Computer System Engineer or related

　　Experience

　　Experience on all the content management phases: acquire, storage, deliver and preserve

　　5 to 7+ years of experience in OnBase administration (or other ECM platforms)

　　Experience on contract negotiations and compliance

　　Experience in leading large, complex projects, especially in content migration

　　Other Qualifications

　　Excellent interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with individuals of varying backgrounds, levels, and technical expertise.

　　Excellent problem diagnosis and analytical skills.

　　Excellent organizational skills and ability to balance multiple concurrent tasks.

　　Good oral and written communication skills.

　　Written and documentation skills are required for this position, both in Spanish and English

　　Experience in financial services/banking a plus.
