The Healthcare Informatics Analyst willbe responsible for supporting clinical leadership decisions throughproducing and interpreting key financial, claims, medical management andquality data, along with risk reporting and analyses. The Analyst willconsult with clinical leadership to understand business needs anddesign, develop, and implement data queries that support key clinicaldecisions. Work to define and understand thebusiness problem or need and recommend appropriate technical reportsand/or solutions. Interpret business requirements and create reportoutputs from the appropriate tool that meet the needs of the internalstakeholders and SMEs. Test data reports and data structure with otheranalysts or technical experts, document any variations, and resolvediscrepancies. Identify opportunities where the effectiveness orefficiency of reports, processes, or controls can be improved andrecommend corrective action. Collect, manipulate, and analyze data frommultiple sources, draw accurate inferences, and present findings tovarious levels of staff, collaborating on outcomes and actions, asneeded. Create compelling and effective charts, tables, presentations,and other visuals that convey analytic insights and/or results clearlyand effectively. Conduct comprehensive data analysis to interpretresults that support business decisions and corporate strategicobjectives.
