　　We are seeking an experienced, innovative, driven Quantum Optimization Solutions Architect, with the experience along with the passion for launching new products to market. As a skilled executive, you will be playing a key role in client onboarding by supporting our internal teams and existing and new clients. In this role, you will lead the definition of the Quantum engineering solutions and the roadmap for a major part of the Quantum Solutions portfolio.

　　Working with Product, Technology, Sales, and Marketing teams, you will lead the matrixed team and your success will be measured by the successful product launch. You will own the roadmap of the Product and work across teams to build the strategic roadmap for the cutting-edge solution. A commitment to collaborative problem solving and experience in product quality is essential to be successful in this role.

　　You can expect to lead some seriously bright people on challenging and interesting projects from day one. You can also expect to be exposed to new and emerging technologies and given responsibility and have your opinions heard. You will own the solution from end to end and evangelize and bring thought leadership to this space.

　　In the Solutions Architect role, you will provide leadership to inspire, influence and guide associates in a complete development engineering or applied research program. You will have budget and deliverable accountability and must achieve deliverables within established schedules, costs, and quality requirements. When appropriate, you may focus exclusively on program and product management elements of this role, either as an individual contributor or manager of a team of project managers or consulting engineers. The individual would lead the definition of the engineering deliverables and roadmap for a major part of the portfolio, coordinating all engineering deliverables across organizations and locations.

　　Key Responsibilities

　　Participates in Innovation activities by fostering a collaborative environment for associates and providing leadership for ideas. Reviews and comments on Innovation portal ideas.Develop the Quantum Optimization computing strategy for engineering Quantum Optimization solutionsGrow the Quantum Annealing expertise across the global engineering teamsLead the engineering, research, ideation, and creati n of vision, strategy, and development for the Quantum Optimization solutionResponsible for development and engineering the solutions to market that are market, sales, solution, and  delivery readyDevelopment of the technical strategy for Quantum Optimization and communicate the vision through leadership communicationsParticipate in panel discussions within Unisys and provide input to external panel discussions on Quantum OptimizationEngineer solutions for Quantum Optimization in coordination with requirements from Solutions Managers and leadershipLead the engineering team to develop solutions on committed schedules within cost and quality requirementsResponsible for evolving our solutions to the ever-changing market landscape and in tune with customers' needsResponsible for development of the pricing strategy and determining the various cost drivers and working with pricing teamsWork with technical teams to put together technical reference architectures as well as demos for the solutionsDemonstrate thought leadership in any one of the areas by publishing papers / journals or presentations in conferences, patents etcYou will be successful in this role if you have:

　　Skills and Qualifications:University degree or 8-12 years of related experienceExperienced in banking, logistics, shipping and cargo industries or supply chain are optimal.Extensive experience managing technical and product teams.Strong knowledge of quantum computing preferred and a strong focus on creating standardsInfluence without Authority - ability to gain buy-in and cooperation from a wide range of stakeholders.Experienced in architecting solutions to launch products to market successfully.Trained in Sequent Product Management is desirable.Initiative-taking, consultative and an excellent problem solver.Experience leading, recruiting, and managing technical teams.Comfortable working in innovative technology and in a fast-paced environment.Client facing with strong executive level communication skills.Understanding of deal financials with a basic understanding of accounting principlesExperienced creating customer facing roadmaps.Experience leading industry analyst sessions such as briefings, presentations and relevant responses to requests working with the industry analyst lead.Experience working with sales teams along with operations and solution development around how offerings should evolve and mature against the evolving market requirements.#LI-TG1
