　　In the Shared Services Centre you will be learning on-the-job by remotely supporting your colleagues located in the different regions across EMEA. You will have the opportunity to get an excellent insight into customer business needs, market trends and the Oracle CX Cloud product portfolio and prepare yourself for a successful career at Oracle.

　　Who you are:

　　Someone who understands the role of CX Applications in business processes and has at least 5+ years of experience working with CX applications (Oracle or competition), particularly CPQ

　　A University Graduate in IT or Business Administration

　　A good communicator, able to articulate key messages clearly, verbally and in writing in English language.

　　Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript will be highly valued.

　　A Self-motivated and results-oriented individual with the natural drive to learn and pick up new challenges

　　A creative person with attention to detai

　　Fluency (including writing) in English is a must, a second language is an advantage.

　　Responsibilities

　　As a Remote Solution Consultant you will:

　　Become the internal expert for Oracle’s CX Cloud products

　　Support the sales organization in standard activities such as, but not limited to

　　Providing responses to customer requirement documents (RFPs),

　　Preparing solution demonstrations and presentations by translating our customer’s business needs into Oracle solutions

　　Educate partners and the sales force on latest cloud solutions

　　Work with virtual teams globally
