The Job:

As a Solution Architect, you’ll be part of our IT team working as a hybrid employee. You’ll get to:

Translate Business Strategy into Architectural Solutions

Lead Project Solution Design and Analysis

Shape and incorporate Guardrails, Policies, and Standards into your solutions

Collaborate with various Stakeholders to communicate, influence and lead solutions

Have strong experience in Corporate functions, Applications and Solutions

Be well versed in Infra Cloud patterns and migrations

Have exposure and knowledge of Gen AI

Process Knowledge Covering; Enterprise Risk Management, Corporate Responsibility, Legal, Enterprise Risk, and Corporate Responsibility

In-depth knowledge of Time and Payroll applications such as ADP, HR systems such as Workday, Peoplesoft, Oracle, and HR, Identify Management systems such as SailPoint

Cloud Platforms experience, including certifications in AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Able to identify and deliver designs with consideration to services such as compute, storage, database and networking to meet business needs.

Ability to deliver Secure designs through introduction of encryption, MFA, and zero-trust concepts
