CLA is looking to hire an IT Master Data Management Analyst to join our growing Internal IT team. About the role: The IT Master Data Management Analyst is the first line of contact for Data Owners to resolve data issues. This individual is the key executor of data policies, rules and standards. This individual represents the business focus in the Data Operations team at the domain level. This role will help to drive issue escalation and resolution across different channels of the organization. Essential Job Functions: Interface with IT partners to ensure technological capabilities are designed and maintained to the Data Governance and Data Management standards and processes. Develop custom training for MDM and Data Catalog tools Train business area end users on all changes to master data management processes, tools, workflows and standards Provide training and support to end users on the use of the Profisee application Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and ensure that master data meets their requirements Drive effective enterprise change management strategies and change communications to support adoption of master data management strategies Define and document data quality rules, approval process, availability rules and exception reports Develop and execute data quality strategies Analyze and investigate data using SQL and reporting tools with an emphasis on root cause discovery issues Establish processes and standard operating procedures to monitor data quality, proactively detect, correct and prevent invalid data values Experience with Business Intelligence tools like Power BI, Qlik or Tableau Understanding of DevOps agile project management Design and manage data lineage using data catalog tools Understanding of Azure Active Directory for identity management within applications Proven skills with Microsoft Office suite tools like Excel, PowerPoint and Word Coordinates testing efforts for both MDM and Data Catalog tools between Dev/Test/Prod environments What you will need: Bachelor's degree or combination of experience, education and training may be accepted in lieu of degree 1 yr experience with any of the following tools: Profisee, Informatica, Alation, Collibra or PureView Analytic thinking and problem solving skills Ability to effectively communicate Ability to translate business requirements into functional requirements Ability to travel as necessary Our Perks: Flexible PTO (designed to offer flexible time away for you!)
