About This Role:
Under general direction, this position supervises, schedules, hires,trains and evaluates the full-time and part-time parking servicesemployees within the parking enforcement and customer services units.This position is responsible for data collection and analysis to improveprocesses and outcomes within the parking services department.

What You\'ll Need to Succeed:
Minimum Qualifications:
Requires a bachelor\'s degree and three years of relevantexperience. This position may use an educational equivalency asdetermined relevant by a hiring manager.Preferred Qualifications:
Valid driver\'s license Three or more years\' experience supervisingothers to include monitoring training, coordinating work andschedules, and completing annual performance evaluations.Experience utilizing license plate recognition equipment.Ability to develop and maintain recordkeeping systems andprocedures.Knowledge and understanding of parking and transportationoperations.Experience analyzing and utilizing data to recommend and implementimprovements and to inform operational decisions or activities.Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures andexperience leading a team to deliver excellent customer service.Ability to develop and implement programs and procedures.{=html}<>- Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.- Other Requirements:
