Summit Anaheim currently has an open position for a Solder Mask Operator (1st shift). Summit Interconnect is a manufacturer of advanced technology printed circuit boards with a specific focus on complex rigid and rigid-flex product with unique expertise in RF/Microwave applications.
The Solder Mask Operator will understand Summit Traveler concerning Tool numbers and Work Order numbers. Check films, Diazo or Silver films to be used. Image screens for solder mask. Capable of pushing solder mask, hand registration of artwork on panels to photo image or automatic solder mask application/processing. Pre-clean procedures per traveler, clean up of all tools used. Use of eye loop and inspection of panels. Operation of solder mask developer, final bake time and temperature. Moving panels to shipping for outside services.
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have a minimum of two (2) years in the printed circuit board industry and must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactory. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
Responsibilities:
Process panels to development.Ensure quality.Performs other department or company-related tasks at the direction of the department lead.Education/Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent.Minimum two (2) years industry experience.Physical Demands:
This position requires the individual to perform for the entire shift while standing.Must be able to lift 30 lbs.Must have very good concentration and must be able to remain focused with minor interruptions.Compensation/Benefits: Summit offers a variety of health and benefit programs. Pay Range for this position is $17.00 - $22.00 hour based on experience.
