Principal Software Architect

　　We have an immediate opening for aPrincipal Software Architectwho will lead a team of Software Development Operations (SW DEVOPS) in support of ONR and MDA Programs in Huntsville, AL, but the customer base expected to expand to include AFRL and other agencies as well. This will be a high visibility position for Capstone Corporation with a significant opportunity for growth.

　　Key Responsibilities

　　Serve as Deputy to the SW DEVOPS Group Manager to include staff and budget management.Build and lead a team of SW DEVOPS professionals in support of ATHENA Project and additional multiple internal and external customers.Determine the SW DEVOPS Team's Scope of Work and implement CI/CD processes for the Team to execute in response to continually changing stakeholder requirements. SOW will include defining requirements, developing, testing, and integrating software.Conduct requirements-code analysis to determine new requirements and break down such requirements into manageable elements for implementation.Provide periodic program reviews and technical presentations to Stakeholders.Requirements:

　　Demonstrated ability to develop, execute, test, analyze, and implement changes to Software Architecture.An understanding of programming best practices and experienceExperience managing a software team in support of multiple customers.Experience with DoD operations, concepts, and technologies.Good problem-solving skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.Travel up to 10%Secret Security Clearance (or higher) with the ability to obtain TS/SCIBS Computer Science or Software Engineering plus 20+ years of technical and project management experienceMust be US CitizenAdditional Desired Experience:
