JobDescription As a Software Platform Engineer and member of an AgileCapability Team, you will have the opportunity to design, develop anddeploy leading edge engineering and product configuration solutions thatwill deliver value to our customers. The team leverages multipletechnologies including Azure cloud to deliver these new innovativesolutions. You will report to the Tech Lead - IT&SWC Responsibilities:Design, codes, and tests new enterprise-wide applications Writehigh-quality code compliant with enterprise and industry standards.Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to ensure understandingof priorities. Analyze and improve the efficiency of various systems andservices. Create and execute required test scenarios/plans to ensurecomplete testing on all new and changed components. Coordinates withpartners to understand and document business and functional requirementsrelated to the end-user experience. Understands user needs based onbusiness and functional requirements, user research, market analysis,customer feedback, and usability findings. Identify design problems anddevise usable solutions. Builds strong relationships with all kinds ofstakeholders across the organization. Participates in the design andimplementation of user research and usability testing to betterunderstand end-user needs.
