　　Palo Alto Networks is looking for a talented Software Engineer who will be responsible for the maintainability, build, and configuration of our user identity & authentication services, single sign-on (SSO), and access automation. As a member of our IT Compute Team, you will manage SSO and user lifecycle services and build user access automation. 

　　Our User Identity and SSO platform provide critical services to our customers, partners, and enterprise users. It also enhances user experience with automation and faster response. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with highly innovative technologies. You will greatly impact this highly visible role, strengthening our identity services.

　　Your Impact 

　　Implement and support the SSO and MFA servicesAutomate user lifecycle and access provisioningProvision, configure & support resilient cloud deployment architecture, keeping it compliant with regulations like FedRAMP, making it more efficientManage scalability, capacity planning, redundancy, and resiliencyMaintain service availability and performance SLAs based on business and product requirementsWork with other Identity Platform engineers to deploy and maintain services, capacity planning, create and review operational runbooksContribute to documentation related to design, deployment, validation, operations and DR/BCPDesign proactive service monitoring, alerting, and trend analysis of the services, and implement self-healing Qualifications Your Experience

　　4+ years of software development experience using Python2+ years of hands-on experience in managing and supporting Identity & Access Management technologies, like Okta, ForgeRock, Ping IdentityUnderstanding of SAML, OAuth, SCIM standards and protocols, awareness of implementationKnowledge of SSO, MFA, user identity management domain Knowledge of directory services, preferably active directoryAbility to work cross-functionally across multiple business units, such as IT application and infrastructure, product development teams, primarily integrating applications and users with identity servicesStrong technical writing skills to support required documentation.Passion, drive, energy, a sense of humor and a great attitude!Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or technical stream with the equivalent combination of work experience or equivalent military experience required Additional Information The Team

　　The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $105,100/yr to $170,050/yr.
