Responsibilities
Deliver quality design and implementation of service-side components/features of Quick Assist to interop with client App running on Windows, mac and iOS
Debug and troubleshoot product issues and live-site incidents
Build service quality metrics and monitoring systems.
Meet service compliance requirements.
Collaborate with teammates and partners to solve problems together
Qualifications
Qualifications
Experience of software development experience using C/C++/C#/Java and Web technologies
Experience building and deploying services, backend service infrastructure
Experience delivering complicated projects involving cross-group teamwork
Strong debugging skills with code and data
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
B.S. or better in Computer Science, Math, Computer or Electrical Engineering
