　　Job Description:

　　About the Role:

　　The Process Operator role at the Cedar Rapids location provides support to the Production team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant. You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

　　Operate equipment to move railcars, both loaded and empty, to properly position in a safe manner. Perform daily operator maintenance on equipment to insure proper operation.

　　Operate truck and track scales and print weight certificates. Probe truck and track product to obtain a representative sample of incoming grain and perform associated grain tests on probed samples.

　　Operate unloading systems to direct grain to proper storage bins.

　　Perform quality checks throughout the mill and any others as deemed necessary or as directed.

　　Maintain sanitation levels throughout the mill.

　　Follow safety procedures and rules regarding sanitation in a food plant operation.

　　Performs line checks and other duties to ensure quality program requirements are met.

　　Must be able to access information from computer and provide computer data entry.

　　Important Details: This is a full-time permanent role on the 2nd shift (3 pm to 11 pm). Shift differential included.

　　Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written

　　Experience in a manufacturing environment – food manufacturing a plus

　　The ability to work overtime and weekends.
