　　Job Description:

　　We are looking for a reliable, detail-orientated mid-level IT consultant to join our company. The mid-level IT consultant responsibilities include communicating with clients to determine website specifications, creating schedules and providing quotes, writing code, working with a team of designers and content writers, as well as assisting with recruitment and training of all new junior web developers. You should be able to provide excellent customer service, understand written and verbal instructions, and stick to deadlines and budget constraints.

　　To be successful as a mid-level IT consultant, you should be innovative and demonstrate a passion for technology. Outstanding candidates are deadline-driven self-starters with superb customer skills.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Experience with any UI framework like Angular, TypeScript, JQuery, ExtJS etc

　　Strong knowledge of relational databases, including Oracle and PostgreSQL.

　　Experience in database design, querying, and performance tuning.

　　Proficiency in Perl scripting for various tasks, such as automation, data manipulation, and server-side scripting.

　　Strong skills in web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

　　Proficiency in jQuery for enhancing user interfaces and client-side scripting

　　Expertise in PL/SQL, the procedural language extension for SQL used in Oracle databases.

　　Proven experience as an IT consultant, including client engagement, requirements analysis, solution design, and project management.

　　Strong knowledge of SQL Server, including database design, querying, and performance optimization.

　　Strong web application development skills, including UI design, responsive design, and frontend technologies.

　　Familiarity with database design, querying, and performance optimization.

　　Expertise in writing and optimizing stored procedures in SQL Server.

　　Knowledge of web development frameworks and libraries.

　　Database design skills, including entity-relationship modeling.

　　Proficiency in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries and stored procedures.

　　Ability to work on both frontend and backend components of web applications.

　　Strong problem-solving skills, especially in diagnosing and resolving technical issues.

　　Effective documentation skills for code, database schemas, and technical decisions.

　　Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, testers, and product managers.

　　Proficiency in using version control systems (e.g., Git) for code collaboration.

　　Experience in mentoring junior developers and providing technical leadership in projects.

　　Familiarity with Agile development practices and the ability to lead Agile

　　Qualifications

　　BA/BS degree and 9 years experience or MA/MS degree or higher and 7 years experience

　　At least 5+ years (Seasoned Mid) working as mid-level IT consultant

　　Strong experience in ExtJS, Oracle (12., 19.), Postgresql 14, Linux, Apache, Gitlab, Tomcat, Perl, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Pl/SQL, Bash Shell,Cron jobs, Python, Kerbrose 5, Bootstrap, Handlebars, jQuery

　　Effective verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with team members and documenting work. Experience authoring and tuning SQL queries and stored procedures on MySQL and Oracle

　　Using Git and version control

　　Experience with wireframe and diagnostic tools

　　Must be able to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance

　　Target salary range: $125,001 - $135,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
