Kelly is hiring an R&D Technician- Sample Coordinator for one of our food manufacturing clients in Beloit, WI.

　　Description:

　　Job Title: R&D Technician- Sample Coordinator

　　1 year contract with potential to extend/convert

　　Pay: $25-30/hr

　　M-F 8am-5pm

　　Job Description:

　　Route “Taste” Sample Requests within CRM to specific sample center sites.

　　Connect with our flavor library into Savoury, Dairy, Sweet Beverage, Crystals, and Coffee & Tea Extracts.

　　Enter sample value costs in proper format for any out-of-country samples.

　　Source and forward Raw Material sample requests and assist R&D sample centers with compounding flavors.

　　Manage Technical Documentation requests to all Sample Requests that require additional Documents to ensure proper execution.

　　Accommodate internal notes for Requestors.

　　Skill sets or experience:

　　Prior experience as sample coordinator role is a plus.

　　Strong communication skills to work across multiple R&D teams.

　　Basic understanding of food industry and/or flavor industry.

　　Strong math and computational skills to work on CRM software.

　　BS on food science or other fields.
