About Talent Sourcers/Recruiters (Contract) Hybrid

  Curtiss-Wright is looking for Talent Sourcers/Recruiters (Contract) to join our high-volume Global Talent Acquisition Team! These key roles will be primarily responsible for proactively sourcing, attracting and engaging candidates, to build a robust pipeline of diverse talent for our critical positions.   Location: Pittsburgh (Cheswick) | Hybrid

  Your Challenge:

  Partnering with Talent Acquisition and Business Partners to fully & quickly, understand talent needs and requirements.

  Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search, interests groups, Google X-Ray) with an exclusive focus on passive talent.

  Recommend and execute sourcing strategies.

  Create a “buzz” in the talent market by networking through industry related groups, specialty job boards, employer branding programs – get creative: always be sourcing.

  Primarily source, cultivate, as well as conduct prescreens and/or initial interviews to recommend candidates to the Talent Acquisition Partner.

  Focused on providing the best candidate experience by ensuring transparency and providing progress updates on a regular cadence.

  Perform market research to understand where diverse, external talent pools exist and work to execute on diversity sourcing initiatives to tap into those talent pools.

  Participate in and coordinate job fairs for recruitment purposes

  Keep detailed records and information on sourced talent.

  Ensure compliance with all hiring policies, practices, and company values.

  What You Bring:

  Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer/Recruiter from within engineering or a technical field.

  In-depth knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, including Boolean searches, LinkedIn, Recruiter, Indeed, and other professional networks.

  Ability to quickly get up to speed and hit the ground running with a heavy workload and proven experience doing so.

  Customer service orientation and focus on providing the best possible candidate experience.

  Familiarity with sourcing for niche technical roles to effectively assess candidate qualifications.

  Demonstrated ability to source, screen, interview/assess and cultivate diverse talent.

  Strong interpersonal skills and a tenacious attitude for sourcing.

  Ability to travel for job fairs as required.

  Previous ATS experience (Workday preferred).

  A quiet, secure, work from home space with the ability openly communicate.

  Proven success in conducting interviews using various methods (phone, video, email, in-person)

  Resilience for change and ambiguity to support the fast-paced changing needs of our business.

  Ability to work in a global environment to strict deadlines and changing priorities.

  Must be US citizen and be able to obtain and maintain DOD security clearance.
