　　You will become a part of the Apps department, which is a part of Digital Development within Group Technology & Innovation.

　　We are a platform department developing and maintaining digital product tools – mobile apps, pc tools and HMI’s to the power of our 4 Divisions in Grundfos. Standardization and reuse of features across the divisions are high on our agenda. We are based in Denmark and Chennai, India where we are looking for a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) for our team in Chennai.

　　What is the job about?

　　The testing engineer creates and execute automated test scripts. Setting up, maintaining, and performing test automation on multiple application platforms, such as Android, iOS, Windows, Linux and building test scenarios and acceptance tests

　　Specifically, you will work to:

　　Create automated test scripts for various Native and Hybrid Mobile applications

　　Work with DevOps team to enable continuous testing and continuous delivery

　　Create and manage test data across all test applications

　　Maintain / update and contribute towards improving automation framework

　　Gather test metrics and follow TMMi best practices in developing and executing tests

　　Take part in strategic initiatives for test

　　Your Background

　　Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Engineering with 6-15 years of relevant experience

　　Good experience in test automation of Native and Hybrid mobile apps using Agile testing practices like Behaviour Driven Development (BDD)

　　A proven BDD practitioner with expertise in SpecFlow, Flutter Gherkin testing framework

　　Knowledge of mobile test automation tools like Appium, Xamarin, Flutter Or web application testing using Selenium with Programming knowledge using Visual Studio 2019 IDE, C#.Net OR Dart Programming , Web Services Testing and working knowledge of Jira

　　Knowledge of setting up tests on cloud and triggering from Jenkins in CI / CD pipeline

　　Experience in working with any mobile cloud testing platforms (e.g., Bitbar, Browserstack etc)

　　Solid understanding of testing methodologies. Knowledge of TMMi will be good to have but not mandatory

　　Proven track record in successfully executing test automation projects in an Agile setup
