As a SDE II on our team you will need to tackle complex problems that span a variety of domains: large scale real time data, Machine learning, Artificial intelligence, Natural Language processing, distributed systems and help us build services and systems from ground up which scale and serve billions of requests per day, with obsessively high reliability and low operational overhead. You will get to work on a lot of established as well as green field AWS technologies and design large scale backend systems from scratch. This is a highly visible role, and you are someone who loves the challenge of making sense of complex, nuanced, multi-dimensional data and building systems and tools that enables others to do the same in a timely manner. A successful candidate in this role, will rapidly ideate, prototype, and iterate. You will hold a high bar for delivery of solutions that generate timely and actionable insights. In this role you will have an opportunity to collaborate with a cross functional team to influence our overall technical strategy and help define the team's long-term technical road map.
