　　Do you want to join a team that drives engagement with Amazon customers in innovative and creative ways? The COMBO team in DA (Digital Acceleration) is looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join us to revolutionize the way we sell digital products on Amazon.com.

　　As a Software Development Engineer on COMBO team, you will be responsible for designing and developing software services that enable Amazon businesses to engage customers to discover/purchase complimentary physical and digital products together. Your contributions will solve complex problems that impact millions of Amazon customers worldwide.

　　We are solving some very interesting problems in the next couple of years, and there is a great deal of opportunity to innovate in the Digital Bundling space and drive product direction. A successful candidate will have an established background in developing customer-facing experiences and backend web-services, strong technical skills, a motivation to achieve results in a fast paced environment, high creativity, and great analytical reasoning skills.

　　About the team

　　The Combo team is part of Digital Acceleration (DA) organization. We own services that allow publishing and purchase of Digital content, including Kindle e-Books, Amazon AppStore for Android, Amazon Music, Amazon Instant Video and more. Bundles team is focused on the defining the customer experience for Digital Bundles purchases to help Amazon customers discover and engage with Amazon’s digital products and subscriptions. Our services will be used by all Digital teams - Amazon Music, Prime, Kindle, Audible, Amazon Video, Appstore and more. Your work will be visible to Amazon customers and stakeholders across Digital teams.

　　Basic Qualifications

　　2+ years of non-internship professional software development experience

　　2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience

　　Experience programming with at least one software programming language

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　2+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience

　　Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

　　Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $115,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $223,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
