  Reference #: Req22021Current employees and contingent workers click  to apply and search by the Job Posting Title.Clear Channel OutdoorJob Summary:The Advertising Client Services (ACS) Digital Campaign Supervisor will act as the digital artwork liaison between CCA and clients/agencies to ensure their digital artwork is created to the proper specifications and is designed to maximize the effectiveness and capabilities of the digital assets for both static and full motion dynamic content  The ACS Digital Campaign Supervisor has direct oversight of digital campaign fulfillment and quality assurance of digital ads. In addition to managing and training the Digital Campaign Coordinators, this position manages a portfolio of clients or markets and produces deliverables necessary to fulfill customer contracts post-sale by coordinating successful campaign execution through effective communication of status and assignment of tasks, and produces additional deliverables as needed.Job Responsibilities:Act as client's first point of contact to establish timelines, content requirements and facilitate installation of digital artwork to meet scheduling deadlines.Provide clients and agencies with artwork recommendations, best practices and preemptive troubleshooting for the creation of their digital artwork per asset type.Assist clients and agencies with digital artwork formatting and resizing.Reformat existing client artwork designed for other platforms to be compatible with CCA digital assets.Advise clients on design strategies & techniques to effectively target their audience.Ensure agency or customer artwork meets specifications and quality standards.Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them.Work with airport for content approvals as needed.Coordinates receipt of artwork and publishing instructions from clients.Schedules and uploads incoming creative messages to the digital network.Alert on-site service representative of installation and confirm proper posting/playback - provide proof of performance as needed.Develops duration and scheduling plan for specific locations or times for relevancy and engagement.Identify risks to accurate and timely fulfillment of client requirements, investigate causes, and communicate findings clearly and professionally to stakeholders, and facilitate resolution.Prioritize large number of tasks based on work required and external due dates to ensure accurate and timely completion of deliverables.Leads and manages the Digital Campaign Coordinators responsible for digital campaign fulfillment post sale while successfully managing their own portfolio of clients or markets.Trains and coaches other campaign coordinators on best practices and techniques for reviewing, recommending, publishing and troubleshooting hi-quality digital artwork across our entire portfolio of airports.Provides ongoing feedback and coaching to all campaign coordinators related to artwork specifications to coach clients designed to maximize the effectiveness and capabilities of the digital assets for both static and full motion dynamic content.Assures clients are provided with high quality customer support through standard controlled processes with a focus on customer objectives and values.Ensures accurate and on-time completion of all contracted executions. May require night or weekend work to meet client expectations and deadlines.Conducts annual performance reviews and enforces all company policies and procedures.Attends, leads and participates in team meetings

  Job Qualifications:Education4-year college degree, BA/BS equivalent in business or related field preferred

  Work Experience5+ years of experience supporting sales teams, delivering on value propositions, building relationships internally with all levels of an organization, driving cultural change.

  SkillsExcellent computer skills in relevant digital design software (e.g., Creative Suite (CS), Illust ator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere, iMovie, Final cut etc.) as well as knowledge of Microsoft applications (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Extensive experience in graphic design or similarThorough understanding of digital artwork formats, methods and techniquesThorough understanding of digital displays technologies including LED, LCD, projection, etc.Excellent verbal and written communications skills including grammar accuracyStrong video, animation and/or motion graphics capabilitiesStrong research skills, analytical skills and business acumenAbility to prepare and present complex data in a simple, understandable mannerAbility to interact effectively with all levels of employees/customers and align and integrate with other departments and sites within the companyAbility to identify root cause and corrective actions and drive improvementsAbility and flexibility to work under pressure and concurrently on multiple projects and deal with ambiguity in a time-sensitive and high-pressure environment.
