  Ottawa3.25hrs/day11:00am-2:15pm$12.58/hrReplacing Dena MasriEffective asapPosition SummarySupports the school district in ensuring a safe, orderly, and clean environment by monitoring the lunchroom and the students while maintaining confidentiality.Duties and ResponsibilitiesThese duties and responsibilities are judged to be "essential functions" in terms of the Americans With Disabilities Act or ADASupervises and monitors students in the lunchroom and playground before, during, and after lunchtime.Ensures that students comply with school rules and communicates with students to monitor behavior while in the lunchroom.Assist students with opening food items, microwave student lunches, handing out napkins, straws, eating utensils, etc.Wash tables during and after lunchtime.Must be on time at the lunchroom.Communicate with community, staff, and students to answer questions, disseminate or explain information.The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by a person in this position.  They are not to be construed as an exhaustive list of all duties that may be performed by such a person.
