　　Foundever is actively seeking a proficient Software Asset Manager to enhance our team's capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of software licensing, compliance, and optimization strategies. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee the management of our software assets, ensuring full compliance with various regulatory standards. Your expertise will be vital in optimizing license utilization and cost, as well as in leading the software procurement process. 　　Key responsibilities:

　　Manage the organization's software assets to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, licensing policies, and contract terms

　　Evaluate software usage across the organization to optimize license usage and costs

　　Advise on software procurement strategy and negotiate software license agreements

　　Develop and maintain an inventory of all software assets and licenses

　　Monitor and report on software compliance risks and prepare recommendations for remediation

　　Conduct software audits and generate reports to verify compliance with license agreements

　　Liaise with software vendors to resolve licensing issues, negotiate new agreements, and review pricing models

　　Develop policies and procedures for software asset management

　　Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations and best practices in software asset management.

　　Qualifications / Experience :

　　Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field

　　Proven experience as a software asset manager, software licensing specialist, or similar role

　　Strong knowledge of software licensing concepts, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards

　　Experience with software asset management tools and software inventory systems

　　Experience in SQL preferable

　　Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

　　Strong negotiation and communication skills

　　Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams

　　Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

　　Relevant certifications such as IAITAM Certified Software Asset Manager (CSAM) or Certified IT Asset Manager (CITAM) is a plus.
