Description:

　　Looking for a Heavy Civil Project Manager in Summit County with specialty in subdivision and utility. Ideally 4+ years of experience. Need someone familiar with the construction side and with reading plans, then can get them up to speed on civil side. Willing to pay relocation for the right candidate.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Manage the day to day

　　Take projects from start to finish once they are won

　　Manage crews for your specific project

　　Coordinate with operations manager

　　On the phones for daily and weekly meetings

　　Responsible for jobs and resources they need

　　Work Environment:

　　Company office is in Gypsum but projects are all over the Summit County area.

　　50% office 50% field - some PMs have an office but they are rarely in it since they are on the road a lot. Most of them work remotely from the field office they are in all throughout summit county.
