  Job Duties: Delivery and installation of sod grass rolls. This requires thelaborer to lift, carry, place, roll out and cut 2'x5' rolls of sodrepetitively. Laborer also prepares soil for installation using tools such asrototillers, wheelbarrows, shovels, and rakes, repetitive movements,extensive pushing and pulling, extensive walking, frequent stooping andbending. Loading and unloading of materials and equipment. Lifting required upto 50 pounds. Work performed on local area jobsites with employer providedtransportation to and from the jobsites from a centralized pickup location inthe specified area of employment.

  No experience required. On the job training. No education required.$20.33 - $23.50/hr. based on experience and performance. $30.50 -$35.25/hr. O.T. Employer will offer 40 hours/wk. of work with 1/2 hourof lunch each workday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., M-F, Some O.T. andweekends may be available, but is not guaranteed.8 positions available for temporary, full-time, seasonal work.Dates of Employment Offered: 03/20/2024- 12/20/2024.Jobsites located in: Weld County. Optional employee housing availablefor $70.00/wk., for relocating workers, to be deducted from paycheck.Other benefits provided to U.S. and H2B workers are the following: NONEThe employer will make all deductions required by law from each paycheck.Additional deductions included: Optional employee housing available for$70.00/wk., for relocating workers, to be deducted from paycheck.If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer willreimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place ofrecruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract orwhere the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay forworkers reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home orto the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the workerwill not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amountof transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the mosteconomical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Dailysubsistence will be provided at a rate of $15.46 per day during travel to amaximum of $59.00 per day with receipts.H2B workers will be reimbursed by check for visa and related fees in the firstworkweek.The employer will provide, without charge, all tools, supplies, andequipment required to perform the job duties.The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least of theworkdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period.
