Description

　　Under minimal supervision, the Oncology Social Worker identifies the psychosocial needs of patients and families and through therapeutic intervention is able to meet those needs and assist patients and families in making better use of medical care and community resources.

　　Required qualifications:

　　Master's Degree in Social Work; from an accredited school of Social Work.Preferred qualifications:

　　2 years Medical social work with experience in outpatient oncology clinic setting.

　　Experience in Oncology patient care including end of life.
