Description

　　As a Delivery Coordinator, you will efficiently plan and coordinate delivery schedules, collaborating with teams to optimize routes. You'll communicate with clients, addressing inquiries and proactively resolving issues. Your responsibilities include maintaining accurate delivery records, generating performance reports, and contributing to process optimization and best practices for enhanced efficiency in delivery coordination. 　　RESPONSIBILITIES:

　　Manage and coordinate delivery schedules, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries.

　　Communicate with clients to confirm delivery details, address inquiries, and provide updates.

　　Work closely with drivers and logistics teams to optimize delivery routes.

　　Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including dispatch reports and delivery confirmations.

　　Proactively address any issues or delays in the delivery process and find effective solutions.

　　Collaborate with various departments to streamline communication and enhance delivery processes.

　　Requirements

　　QUALIFICATIONS:

　　Proven experience in a coordination or scheduling role, preferably in a logistics or delivery environment.

　　Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

　　Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

　　Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in record-keeping.

　　Proficient in using scheduling software and other relevant tools.

　　Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.
