　　Details about this exciting opportunity:

　　Full-Time Mobile Mental Health Social Worker (MSW or LMSW) for our Family Matters program.

　　This role will work closely with children, and their families, to provide mental health services.

　　Compensation: $55,000 – $73,000.00/year.

　　Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

　　Conduct clinical and case management services off-site: in homes, schools and other community-based locations.

　　Provide appropriate clinical documentation and agency reports (e.g., clinician’s schedule, treatment plans) in a timely and appropriate manner

　　Monitor and update the treatment plan quarterly and work with client to fulfill the goals of the treatment plan

　　Provide crisis intervention, as needed.

　　If you have the following:

　　Qualifications:

　　Master’s Degree in Social Work.

　　A vehicle and valid Driver’s License.

　　Experience working with youth with mental health needs.

　　And Attributes:

　　Ability to work well on a team.

　　Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
