　　Position Overview:

　　KODA Technologies is seeking highly skilled and knowledgeable Subject Matter Expert(s) (SME) to support our Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) initiatives. This role is critical in executing projects under these programs. These are on-call positions and contingent upon awards. Skill areas desired: Propulsion, Space Situational Awareness, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, Space Situational Awareness, Test and Evaluation, Additive Manufacturing, and Materials.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Contribute to SBIR/STTR opportunities relevant to our company's expertise and strategic goals.Collaborate in the preparation of competitive proposals for SBIR/STTR solicitations.Provide technical expertise and guidance in developing innovative solutions and technologies.Establish and maintain relationships with government agencies, industry partners, and academic institutions.Support the transition of SBIR/STTR projects to commercialization or further government funding.Part-time work or intermittent work.Required Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred

　　Proven experience in SBIR, STTR, or similar government-funded research and development programs.

　　Strong understanding of defense industry technologies and market needs.

　　Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proposal writing and presentations.

　　Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and hybrid environments.

　　Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

　　Desired:Masters or Ph.D. or SME status in field
