As a Relationship Manager in Healthcare, Higher Education and Non-Profit Banking, your primary role will be to grow and retain profitable relationships within this region. This is accomplished by focusing on the delivery of value added solutions to our clients and prospects that will help them reach their goals and maximize our revenues over the life of the relationship.
Healthcare, Higher Education and Non-Profit Banking generally focuses on clients with annual revenues of $20 million to $2 billion. Our local delivery model, coupled with the firm's global resources, allows us to provide clients with customized, comprehensive solutions and exceptional service. It is highly desirable to have existing experience in HHN Banking as well as a presence in their geographical marketplace and region.
Job Responsibilities:
Champion a culture of innovation and a customer centric mindset
Stay up to date with industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation or strategic partnerships
Find ways to further efficiency with existing technical infrastructure through automation, while embracing the innovative opportunities offered by new technologies
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
5 plus years' direct lending or credit support related experience, with a focus on business relationships
Understanding of Commercial Banking products and services
Knowledge of the local market
Ability to collaborate with internal partners and resources
Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals; proven top individual contributor
Sales management and business development skills
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
Bachelor's degree and formal credit training preferred
Excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills
Strong creative solution and problem solving abilities
Proficiency in building and maintaining positive client relationships
