Description Responsibilities and Duties:
• Design, develop, and implement scalable and secure cloud-based services within the Microsoft Azure platform, Office 365 suite, and other cloud platforms.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Azure, Office 365, and other cloud-related issues, deploying upgrades and fixes as needed.
• Collaborate with other IT staff and stakeholders to understand business requirements for new and existing Azure/Office 365 services and other cloud solutions.
• Implement Azure/Office 365 and other cloud platform automation tools and frameworks (CI/CD pipelines).
• Act as a liaison with Microsoft, other cloud providers, and third-party vendors.
• Create, maintain, and test disaster recovery plans related to Azure, Office 365, and other cloud services.
• Coordinate training for staff to improve Azure, Office 365, and other cloud platform literacy within the organization.
• Design and implement Azure, Office 365, and other cloud platform governance, compliance, and data protection strategies.
• Develop and maintain Azure/Office 365 and other cloud platform cost management strategies.
• Participate in the integration and migration of physical and virtual servers into Azure and other cloud environments.
• Design and implement security policies, procedures, and controls to meet regulatory and compliance requirements for Azure and Office 365.
• Regularly conduct security audits, risk analysis, application-level vulnerability testing, and security code reviews for Azure and Office 365 systems.
• Provide technical leadership in the design and implementation of security-focused tools and services within Azure and Office 365.
• Work closely with IT security team to manage and respond to security incidents in Azure and Office 365.
