Demonstrate compliance with safetyprocedures, OSHA requirements, and guidelines. Responsible for assignedproduction duties. Operate assigned tool(s), such as laminating standsor cut-off saws, to meet the requirements of client componentmanufacturing. Perform assigned duties in a timely fashion, or timeallotted. Check product design and specifications for compatibility withmanufacturing capabilities. Recommend changes in design orspecifications as needed to reduce cost, add value, increasemanufacturing efficiency, or improve performance. Assist with warrantyor complaint issues, by providing solutions or rework options.***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to followwritten and oral instruction. Ability to read drawings and technicalspecifications with knowledge of geometric tolerances. Ability to readand understand procedures, router, and other job instructions. Abilityto set-up and operate assigned tool(s) or workspace. Knowledge in use ofmeasuring instruments and their application. Basic math skills toinclude but not limited to addition, subtraction, multiplication,division, and geometry. Technical knowledge of or ability to learnmachining and manufacturing procedures and practices. Ability to work ina team environment. Adaptable to changing work environment withcompeting demands and frequent changes. Preferred: High School Graduateor equivalent.
