　　Cuernavaca or Mexico City, with frequent travel between the two sites

　　WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

　　R&D Skin Care Manager is a ccountable for delivering Innovation/Technical Readiness of projects for Mexico and North of Latam , focus ing on Pond’s, St. Ives and Vaseline brands , and to build innovation p lans working alongside the brand & trade teams.

　　R&D Skin Care Manager is k ey R&D interface with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders regarding Skin Care mixes/opportunities or pay-points to solve through continuous improvement.

　　WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

　　Experiences & Qualifications

　　Responsible to build and deliver 5S programme for Skin Care coordinating all workstreams of Smart Product/ iGM Smart Technology (formulation, packaging)

　　Will Coordinate Skin Care program landing by:

　　Ensure maximum synergies across operations are achieved (briefing global teams for Technology Development that can rollout to Latam )

　　Disseminate Innovation/mix insights from other Clusters/Global teams.

　　Coordinate Skin Care R&D Budget definition and execution for Mexico

　　Lead Mexico R&D team

　　Lead technical marketing within CSP, Sales and Clients.

　　Deliver brands 8Q plans through himself/team and develop the right Technical Capabilities together with R&D global / Latam Leaders

　　Drive technical elements in support of the business (Technical support to local business, technical dossiers, Technical Training Materials-Academy, etc.).

　　Build & Deliver 5S targets for Skin Care brands and coordinate with Latam and Global team.

　　Agree with Global Teams on new Technical Briefs, representing Latam in proper forums.

　　Support the Global Teams to ensure innovation & Technology can be scaled up outside the cluster.
