　　Essential Job Functions:

　　Responsible for repair and preventative maintenance on all forging and production machines. These machines include Robots, CNC machines, presses, ovens, conveyors, and gear boxes. There are 5 lines of finishing equipment that this candidates will be responsible for keeping up and running. The job its self is around 75% mechanical and 25% electrical. How ever the maintenance techs needs to be well rounded on electrical when called upon.

　　Mechanical troubleshooting - Hydraulic/pneumatic troubleshooting, repairing belts, motors, gearboxes, pumps, and bearings.

　　Electrical Troubleshooting include - PLC troubleshooting (Allen Bradley), Electrical Troubleshooting (3phase motors up to 480 V), Servo drives, VFD's, AC/DC motors, switches, and sensor. Candidates also will be required to read blue prints and schematics.

　　A typically day will be going through work orders and performing preventative maintenance. These candidates will relieve the previous shifts techs and meet with them to go over there daily tasks.

　　Shift : 3:00pm - 11:30pm

　　Pay : $25 - $30
