　　Mozaic (a chapter of NYSARC, Inc. and a member of the national organization, The Arc.) is looking for a Site Supervisor. This position is responsible for the direct supervision of assigned Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and ensures compliance with regulations and agency policies and procedures.

　　Duties and Responsibilities:

　　Responsible for direct supervision, training, and mentoring of direct support professional staff in day habilitation and community programs

　　Ensure all program participants are protected of their rights at all times.

　　Supervises and monitors individuals' dietary and nutritional needs.

　　Ensures all activities are completed by individuals as outlined in their Life Plans.

　　Provides individuals assistance on activities of daily living such as grooming, cooking, bathing, toileting, communication, and others as needed to promote and improve independence.

　　Transports and accompanies individuals to activities with support staff.

　　Develops and maintains positive and professional relationships with families/guardians of the individuals, local businesses and service providers.

　　Are you qualified?

　　High school diploma/GED required.

　　Three years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.

　　Two years supervisory or leadership experience required.

　　Basic computer skills.
