　　Your Role:

　　The Marketing Analyst is responsible for devising market strategies for the brand, creating a positive image for the brand through delivering innovations and participating in the development of various country specific ad campaigns. This position will closely monitor innovation performance, and competitive activity. This role will also coordinate with internal and external resources regarding cost reduction projects. We embrace unique backgrounds and experiences to achieve a strong team and inclusive workplace.

　　You will have the opportunity to:

　　Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand, identify, and deliver new innovations across multiple countries.

　　Conduct in-depth analysis and concept/product testing to determine and communicate business potential.

　　Collaborate with cross-functional team to recommend pricing on new product initiatives.

　　Create and coordinate sales collateral materials and communicate new product plans to field sales.

　　Organize and deliver presentations for field sales to use with customers for new distribution/new product sell in opportunities.

　　Prepare and communicate project update reports to management.

　　Analyze current performance, trends, market conditions and other contributing factors in making recommendations for new product goals.

　　Ultimately, you will improve the performance of not only the Sales and Marketing teams but also the business as whole by providing action-oriented insights developed from your analysis and project management of innovations.
