DUTIES:\</\> Plans, develops, coordinates, directs, and supervises theinstallation, operation and management of integrated C2telecommunications and information management networks; Writes Commandand Control Communications policy; provides technical advice andassistance to commanders, staff, and subordinate units; CoordinatesSignal activities with higher, lower and adjacent headquarters; PerformsSignal staff and Senior Operations NCO functions, to include writing C4Ipolicy, procedures, operations plans, orders, and reports; Usescomputers to control and monitor network status in an operationalenvironment; directs and assists Battlefield Spectrum Managers in thedevelopment of frequency allocation plans; Develops battlefield Signaloperations plans in support of organizations at battalion and higherlevels, and for Joint and Combined Commands and activities. Part timeservice, 2 days out of the month.
