About Short Order Cook

　　The Groton Bowling Center is now hiring short order cooks!

　　In this role, you'll handle a high volume of customer orders. Success will be demonstrated by serving orders promptly while maintaining compliance with the highest sanitation, safety, and quality standards. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

　　Prepare food items consistently and in compliance with recipesVerifyproper portion sizes and consistently attainhigh food quality standardsMaintainsmooth and timely operations in preparation and delivery of mealsCook and servefood and meals in accordance with recipes, portions, temperature control procedures, and facility policiesPracticesafe food handling procedures at all timesBalancing cash drawer at the beginning and end of shiftsRinging items into the point of sale system, receiving/processing paymentWork well individually or with teammates - communication is key!
