　　Position Summary Details

　　Maintenance Person

　　Duties:

　　Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing and replacing equipment, fixtures, and appliances.

　　Conduct inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues.

　　Respond to maintenance requests from tenants or staff in a timely manner.

　　Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

　　Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance storage areas.

　　Coordinate with contractors for specialized repairs or installations.

　　Keep accurate records of maintenance activities using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).

　　Fabricate or modify parts as needed.

　　Requirements:

　　Previous experience in building maintenance or a related field.

　　Strong customer service skills to interact with tenants and address their concerns.

　　Ability to supervise and coordinate the work of others if necessary.

　　Proficiency in using a CMMS for tracking maintenance activities.

　　Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

　　Basic carpentry skills for fabricating or modifying parts.

　　Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues.

　　Leadership qualities to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
