JOB REQUIREMENTS: Duties include, but are not limited to: MaintainsCoordination of all incoming and outgoing shipments within the facilityLabeling incoming materials and stocks it in correct locations RecordCustomer Shipments in ERP System and verifying shipping informationReading prints to validate outgoing products for completeness, finishquality, and labeling requirements. Packaging outgoing productsappropriately to protect against damage during shipment Has Knowledge ofUPS, Fed Ex and other freight carrier procedures. Inspecting incomingmaterials to ensure purchase order specifications are met Accuratelyupdate and maintain shipping and receiving information in company\'s ERPsystem Report incoming or outgoing material damage and discrepancies foraccounting, reimbursement and record-keeping purposes Execute monthlyinventory counts of finished goods and raw materials Operate appropriatemachinery including hand trucks and forklifts, etc., to move materialand final products to and from shipping and receiving platformsComfortable using hand tools to assemble shipping crates.
