　　ABOUT THE ROLE

　　Work as part of a team to ensure the uninterrupted operation of the facility and to provide customer service, material handling, inspection and general in support of operations.

　　WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

　　Exercise and encourage core values including but not limited to; developing self and coaching others by inspiration and empowerment

　　Maintain shipping area’s process for safety, procedure and ISO documentation.

　　Operate mobile equipment; cement loading, shipping.

　　Store, stock and handle materials including but not limited to cement ensuring accurate deliveries.

　　Understand and be able to work with control systems.

　　Load bulk trucks, bulk rail cars, bulk bags and barges.

　　Perform inventory measurements and reporting as required.

　　Perform inspections and provide documentation and reporting as required or as directed by the supervisor.

　　Prepare bills of lading (BOL) for bulk truck customers and maintain the BOL load sheet, voided bill log and manual weight log.

　　Pump reject material to grind out and perform maintenance on equipment as required.

　　Perform necessary tasks to ensure good housekeeping for a safe and efficient operation to ensure that warehouse is safe and accessible for non-warehouse traffic.

　　Other duties as assigned.

　　WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

　　Education: High School diploma/GED

　　Work Experience: 1-3 years

　　Travel Requirements: Less than 10%

　　Licenses/Certifications: Valid Driver’s License

　　Computer and Software Skills: Basic computer skills

　　Additional Requirements:

　　Position also requires: walking, climbing, bending, stooping and heavy lifting.

　　Knowledge in control system operation; mobile equipment operation; cement manufacturing equipment.

　　Some mechanical/electrical skill and good communication skills are desired.

　　Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.

　　Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Holcim approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Subject to applicable law, employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
