Are you an experienced Shipping Clerk who is ready to join an exciting manufacturing company? The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with shipping logistics. Some qualifiactions are listed below:

1-2 years of experience as a Shipping Clerk or in a related role.

Proficiency with UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager systems is required.

Understanding of shipping regulations and procedures.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

Prepare and process shipments using UPS, FedEx, and other carriers' software systems.

Accurately pick, pack, and label products for shipping.

Generate shipping labels and complete all necessary shipping documentation.

Coordinate shipments and manage carrier schedules to ensure on-time delivery.

Track and update shipment statuses as needed.

Manage and maintain accurate records of shipping activities and inventory.

Conduct quality control checks on shipments to prevent damage or loss.

Communicate with internal teams and external partners to resolve shipping issues.

Assist in receiving shipments and ensuring proper documentation.
